Good and optimal health is only achieved when you fully comprehend and understand the intricate role 'Nutrition' plays in affecting our bodies at the genetic/cellular level. This in turn affects our organs which then directly impacts our health. And ANYONE can learn this.

Diets, food guides and nutritional programs don’t work because they are designed for the largest possible segment of the population, ‘one size fits all’.

It is impossible to sell a diet book to meet the individual needs of each person. So, when the masses try these diets, they simply don’t work or we are met with limited and short term success.

Provocative nutrition is totally different because it works to educate each and every person to understand the uniqueness of how their bodies interact with food.

And the way we achieve optimal health is to begin a habit of eating and supplementing in a way to enhance the way YOUR body works.

Our past habits (lifestyle and eating), our unique genetic signature, the way in which our bodies process cholesterol, the way our bodies store fat and even the enzymes in our stomach are as unique to us as our own fingerprint.

What is the secret?

It's actually no secret at all, when you understand which foods are best for your body and blood type you will begin enjoying food again without the fear of ‘gaining’ unnecessarily. You will lose weight naturally because you will begin working with the natural rhythms and processes that are unique to your body.

It’s not simple though.

It requires commitment and a willingness on your part to change.

It requires an openness that only develops when you are truly ready.

The knowledge you gain will give you the power to be in total control of your health.

A quick note about vitamin supplements. I do recommend vitamin supplement use as well as the use of enzymes in my practice.

It is worth noting that despite our best intentions to eat “Organic” or “Healthy”, our food supply, is too often dangerously lacking in vital nutrients.

Keep in mind:

  1. Our food simply does not supply the nutrients it once did,
  2. Each of us processes food differently and has unique nutritional needs.

Finding the right balance of the best foods for you and the supplements to supporting your unique needs is what makes our results so remarkable.
